One time we arrive to the property:

•We use uniform to be different to others 

•We inspect property if we can find any dog pupu, in case we find it we clean area to prevent splashing.

•We cut grass , do hedges, trimming small bushes and trees under 10’ tall, clean ground around property, clean and inspect all plants and remove the old ones, take notes about planting and irrigation system, blowing

all debris with battery blower , we pick up trash after blowing, we never left debris on the street, we add water to all plants in case they need it, we wash driveway to remove dust from maintenance service.
