One time we arrive to the property:

•Clean background

•We inspect property if we can find any dog pupu, in case we find it we clean area to prevent splashing or kill grass

•We cut grass , do hedges, trimming all small bushes and trees under 10’ tall that are included in monthly service 

•We clean ground around property, clean and inspect all plants and remove the old ones

take notes about health of landscaping , planting and irrigation system, blowing

all debris with battery blower , we pick up trash after blowing, we never left debris on the street, we add water to all plants in case they need it, we wash driveway to remove dust from maintenance service.
